There’s a week in September in which Tuscany is the place-to-be for the most demanding collectors and art-lovers.
Artist Alan Colombage, selected on the basis of skill and talent, could not miss the appointment and he flew to Chianciano Biennale 2015, the prestigious contemporary art event hailed as “impressive” by The New York Times.
In the heart of the Italian Renaissance, the Chianciano Museum of Art hosted, from the 5th to the 13th September, an outstanding Biennale with 120 artists from 40 different nations. The Colombage’s passionate expressionism bewitched prestigious guests such as the Prince and the Princess Strozzi and Vadim Razumovsky, Counselor of the Russian Embassy to the Vatican.

This British self-taught artist charmed all spectators with his vortex of color, light and theatrical compositions. In fact, he surprised the jury members with his powerful creativity as he enriches the emotional effects of Expressionism with a unique dynamism and gives innovative intensity to the impetus of the Futurism movement.

All forms of creativity, artists from five continents and a wonderful town in Tuscan hills: the ingredients for the success of the Chianciano Biennale 2015. In such a sensational cultural context, Alan Colombage caused quite a stir and embodies the wonderful nature of such eclectic events: artistic creative genius always leaving the spectators wide-mouthed.
