The Syrian Contemporary artist Haitham Majed Al Hamad, has been chosen to exhibit his magnificent works at the prestigious London Art Biennale 2017. From the 29th March to the 2nd April 2017, at the historic Chelsea Old Town Hall, Haitham will present his artworks amongst 130 other international artists. In this extraordinary award exhibition art lovers and collectors will admire the innovative compositions by Al Hamad, characterised by powerful contrasts between warm and cool shades.
Al Hamad’s creations will be absolute pillars in the London art show because they have the capacity completely absorb the viewer with the mesmerizing glowing hues. He has the skill to join different peculiar structures which undeniably give form to unexpected scenes. Between the selected works, “The Poet’s Trap” is notable for the bright shades of turquoise and fuchsia that clash on the canvas, but simultaneously complement each other.
The pictorial and hidden depths within this artwork remind us of the surreal compositions and dream-like surroundings by the mature Matisse. There is a sublime harmony between the elements depicted even if the bodies intertwine in a maze of emotions, reflecting both chaos and balance.
We are sure that Al Hamad will give a great contribute to the London Art Biennale, inspiring visitors with his deconstructed reality and mystical beauty. This artist's pure soul and art style are an authentic and joyful gift to the world of contemporary art.
